Landlord Right to Enter

The landlord may not enter your apartment unless specified in the lease. Most leases provide that your landlord may enter your unit for repairs or regularly scheduled inspections after providing you with reasonable notice or in emergencies without notice.

Your landlord may also be required to allow Centre Region Code inspectors into the property to complete routine inspections. Landlords are provided two weeks’ notice prior to code inspections and must notify you in advance.
