Module 3: During and After the Lease
Now let's assume you have signed a lease and are going to move into your new apartment. This brings up many new things to consider. Among these are:
- A move-in inspection
- Maintaining the unit throughout your tenure
- Landlord rights, including the right to enter the apartment
- Tenant protections
- Legal consequences of violating a lease, and;
- Security deposits
